So, Brayden and I got to try two awesome ready-to-eat meals from a company called GoPicnic. They have a TON of ready-to-eat lunches that are super easy to just pack and go. All their meals are shelf stable so they are amazing for on the go families. They have lunches for special diets such as all-natural, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and kosher. Please note, GoPicnic provides a variety of meals, which are not all gluten free. Make sure you review the product packaging and labels because there are several meals, which are not gluten free. They do have a gluten free section though. :)
The boxes tell you the calories, fiber and protein. I love that! They are very choosy about what they put in their meals. That means no trans fats, no high fructose corn syrup, no added monosodium glutamate (MSG), and no artificial flavors and colors…. whatsoever! These meals are incredibly healthy and delicious. I love the variety in each box. There are so many different meals to chose from on the website as well. The concept of their website/program is amazing to me. They even have meal subscriptions that deliver the meals straight to your door monthly with free shipping.
We received the Turkey Stick + Crunch: Classic Deli Meal and Peanut Butter + Crackers: All-Natural Meal. We loved them and will recommend them to anyone!
Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator Natural Peanut Butter, Partners Get Movin' Honey Wheat Crackers, Sweet Perry Orchards Unsweetened Applesauce, Annie's Homegrown Cheddar Bunnies and Professor Zim Zam's All-Natural Jelly Jets. This meal costs $3 (on sale).
These are great and healthy brands! My favorite in this meal were the crackers and the peanut butter. So good. Brayden's favorite were the airplane shaped gummies although he thought they were "fish". Haha.
Old Wisconsin Turkey Snack Stick, Popchips Barbeque Potato Chips. Niagara Natural Tropical Fruit Bites. Sweet Perry Orchards Baja Blend Fruit & Nut Mix and Enjoy Life Double Chocolate Cookie. This meal is $4.99.
Brayden loves BBQ flavored chips so he loved the Popchips. My favorites were the turkey stick and the fruit bites. SO good!
