I received two bags of granola, a bowl and a coupon for a free bag of granola from Nature's Hand. :) They are a company that began in 1971 and has only gotten better with time!
I recently bought some granola from Target (brand will not be named). Brand that will not be named (French Vanilla Almond Crunch) 240 calories for 2/3 cup. Nature's Hand granola (French Vanilla Almond) 140 calories for 1/4 cup. I know the Nature's Hand is a smaller serving but I feel that's all you need, really. I eat my granola plain or with yogurt (so good). The other brands taste A LOT sweeter and the majority of them are packed with rice puff cereal. Nature's Hand is not! You can pronounce everything that is in their granola. Their granola blends are made of roasted oats, wheat, nuts, seeds and sweetened with caramelized brown sugar and honey. Nature's Hand granola uses premium all natural ingredients like soy oil, which is full of fiber, protein and antioxidants. Their granola is low in sugar and contains no artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, cholesterol, trans fats or sodium. That is amazing.
The packages are bright and resealable. The colors distinguish between the different flavors. The flavors are French Vanilla Almond, Vanilla with Almond, Cranberry Delight, Wild Blueberry, Raisin Hazelnut, Cinnamon Apple and Maple Pecan. They are also very cost effective at $4.99 a bag. You can also purchase bulk bags and cases. It can be purchased online or at one of the stores listed here. You can even find 1oz snack sizes in stores!
They sent me French Vanilla Almond and Cinnamon Apple. They are SO good, you guys. The Vanilla one is my favorite. So yummy! They also have an area on their site devoted to recipes for their granola. Can't wait to try some of them!
Nature's Hand is the proud official granola of Outward Bound USA. Nature's Hand donates more than 10,000lbs of granola each year to local women's shelters. They are a great company and I am certainly going to buy more of their granola. I want to try each flavor.
This summer to celebrate their better product and packaging they will reward consumers with contests, BOGO coupons and recipes. You can see all of this happening on their facebook and twitter.

I hate the light across his eye like that from the window but oh well. He still looks cute shoving granola in his mouth.
He was saying "mmmmm".
He loves the bright colors!
So good! They are willing to give away two bags to one of my lucky readers! Many chances to win! :) (You will be disqualified if you lie. DO NOT press that you left a comment if you didn't.)
