A couple months ago we received an awesome costume from Anytime Costumes. They sent us a Ninja Turtle costume in Brayden's size.
About Anytime Costumes: This costume company has practically anything you would be looking for! They have been in business since 1954. Amazing! I have the biggest problem finding costumes in the stores that my kid's want. Anytime Costumes is so much easier and the selection is SO much better! They have adults and kids costumes, decorations, accessories, and much more. They have great prices and even a clearance section with tons of great choices.
This wildly popular cartoon from the 80's is still going strong today. Be a life size mutant superhero for Halloween this year. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles costumes are popular with generations of kids, which means that there are several adults who would love to dress up as one of their favorite turtles. Now the the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, little ones will come to love Raphael, Michelagelo, Leonardo and Donatello as much as you do. These outfits are not only cool and fun, they are also endearing due to the memories wrapped around the television series and the memories yet to be made with the revival movie.
What we thought: Love this costume! It's very well made. We have gotten costumes in the past that barely stood being worn once. The boys have been playing with this one for months with little wear and tear! Lincoln seriously wears the mask everyday. The costume includes: jumpsuit, shoe covers, knee pads, elbow pads, belt, mask for $38.99. We definitely be looking to this site next year for Halloween or even costumes for dress up!
This is Lincoln. Lincoln is almost 2 so, this costume is not his size but he loves wearing it. That's why it looks baggy. He's NOT wearing the elbow pads, knee pads and back turtle shell in these photos. Lincoln is also convinced it's a dinosaur costume and says "roar roar roar" while wearing it.
Boys and girls of all ages are certainly aware of all the turtles and the adventures they are a part of in the sewers of New York City. Trained by their master Splinter, the turtles learned the art of ninjitsu and keep the streets of New York free of crime, which is quite difficult at times when Shredder and his gang of ninjas are running about. The great thing about the turtles is that they are not reserved only for boys. Women can even take part in the fun of defeating Shredder and Krang. April O'Neil is a cool news reporter, but she's not the only one girls can dress up as. Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo are a team that men, women, and children can enjoy imitating.
Being a turtle in a half-shell can be difficult, so remember to train before showing off your ninja skills to anyone on Halloween, and keep an eye out for any danger that may be lurking around the corner.
