I'm a little ashamed to admit this. I have lived in or around Yulee/Fernandina since 2001 and have NEVER been to Fort Clinch. I know, awful. I decided to finally go and take the boys. It was a real fort and is just amazing to see. The history is fascinating. To say the boys loved it is an understatement. They made us go in every cave, tunnel, room, etc. They had soldiers walking around that you could talk to. They even played songs. Very cool.
