I got an awesome quiche/tart pan for a review. My family loves quiche. Of course they are very simple so they love ham and cheese. They aren't much into broccoli cheese, quiche lorraine, quiche florentine. 😂 I serve it with a side of fruit or vegetables. It's perfect for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner. It's so versatile!
Recipe:
1 cup cubed ham
1 pie crust dough
1 cup of half and half
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups of mild cheddar cheese (swiss would be great too)
Salt and pepper to taste
- Bake pie crust. Preheat the oven to 350 and bake the pie crust for 10 minutes.
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl. I mix eggs and half and half. Then, mix in the ham, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour everything into the partially baked pie crust, set the pie on a baking sheet, and bake for 50 minutes!
I LOVE this pan. It was so easy to use. The quiche popped out easily when it was done. I want to use this pan for tarts, cookie cakes, and others desserts. Absolutely recommend it!
